Hell, I’m Roger Ghai, and I handle pharmaceutical cases throughout the United States. One of the things that we have to prove if you’ve taken a drug that has harmed you is that there’s an actual injury. So usually how we prove that is we would obtain a diagnostic report, maybe a pathology report, some type of record that you went to the hospital, and that you had to have a procedure done, that you had to undergo, for example, sometimes in cancer cases, either chemotherapy or radiation, something that would be concrete evidence that you sustained the injury, and that we can prove the injury.
And unfortunately, sometimes if the facility that is the medical provider has not kept the records, then we would not be able to prove what we call the proof of your injury. And so we wouldn’t be able to prove that you have a case, but we could exhaust all available areas, doctors and medical facilities that you went to and perhaps we would be able to come up with something to prove that you actually had an injury from one of the harmful drugs. If you have questions about whether you can actually prove your case, feel free to call me at (770) 792-1000.
